A lifetime of caring for pictures, portraits, and the memories inside them.

Our Story
For decades, New Windsor Art & Frame has been the place Hudson Valley families bring the things they cannot replace. What began as a passion for beautiful, well-made frames grew into a full studio for restoration and preservation, all under one roof, all by hand.
Owned and run by a craftswoman who has spent her life around art, the studio moves at a human pace. There is no assembly line here, just careful attention and honest advice about what your piece truly needs.
Our Mission
Photographs fade. Paper yellows. Fabric weakens. Our mission is simple: to use the right archival materials and proven techniques so the things you treasure outlast us all, and look their best doing it.
Why We Are Different
Big-box framing counters hand your art to whoever is on shift. Here, one experienced set of hands sees your project from the first hello to the final wrap, with clear pricing and no pressure.
What Makes Us Different
Acid-free mats, conservation glass, and reversible techniques come standard, not as a costly upsell.
We will tell you when a simple frame is enough and when a piece deserves museum treatment. No overselling, ever.
Your project never leaves the Hudson Valley. It is cut, fitted, and finished right here in our New Windsor studio.
